At HeyDutch, we are committed to providing high-quality Dutch language courses and integration services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our courses and services.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not completed more than 15% of the course content.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact our support team at support@heydutch.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Refunds for In-Person Courses
For in-person courses, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before the course start date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation for such requests.
Integration Services Refunds
For our integration services:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the service start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 15-29 days before the service start date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before the service start date.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants an exception, please contact our support team.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
